The Afterthought

The Afterthought is an acoustic/rock group whose core members (Bassam Shuhaibar and Zak Musawi) have been jamming together since 1997, back when "Kuwaiti" and "rock band" were still quite strange bedfellows. They have produced a number of originals since then, drawing on influences ranging from alternative rock to folk to 80's monster ballads.

The Afterthought have performed at a number of local and international venues, including Lebanon and the United States, and have made several appearances on national TV and radio stations. Whether on stage or inside the recording studio, they aim to harness their undeniable creative synergy to continuously redefine their musical boundaries.
